Join Our Well Established Manufacturing Client as a Business Development Executive.

Salary circa £25,000 - £27,000 per annum + Bonus (depending on experience). Working hours are 8am-5pm (Monday to Thursday) and 8am-1pm (Fridays).

As Business Development Executive your key responsibilities will include:

• New Business Development: You will be at the forefront of our client's growth strategy, identifying and reaching out to potential customers through effective cold calling and networking.
• Lead Generation: Utilise your persuasive communication skills to generate leads and arrange meetings with key decision-makers.
• Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with prospects to understand their needs and position our client's offerings effectively.
• Target Achievement: Work towards set targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

To be successful in the position of Business Development Executive, you will possess the following qualities:

• Proven Experience: Previous experience in a new business sales or lead generation role is required. A drive to succeed is crucial!
• Excellent Communication: Clear and confident communication skills are essential for engaging potential clients and building relationships.
• Resilience: Cold calling can be challenging, but your resilience and determination will drive your success.
