Location: Romsey, Southampton
Pay: £20 hourly PAYE or £26.29 via umbrella company.  
Working week: Monday to Friday 8 hour days.

Job Skills, Experience and Qualifications
It is our expectation that successful applicants should be able to demonstrate all the experience and skills listed below:
At least 3 years’ experience in a complex electro - mechanical assembly environment.
High level of “attention to detail” and adherence to process.
Able to read and understand engineering drawings. 

Assembly operative details. 
Support and follow company procedures and processes.
Ability to work without supervision.
Experience in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel. 
Able to read drawings. 
High precision implentation. 
Assemble components following written instructions. 
Must be self-motivated with a ‘Can Do’ attitude.
Respond to Manufacturing and Engineering requirements in a timely manner.
Assemble equipment in a timely manner. 
Undertake other reasonable duties at the request of the Manufacturing Manager
Cable manufacture.
Soldering.
Assemble experiene. 
Fibre optic experience. 
PCB experience. 
Lean and other modern manufacturing methods and practices.

Qualifications ideally. 
NVQ level 3 or equivalent in mechanical, manufacturing engineering or similar technical qualifications
preferential.
