Site Manager - Engineering Services and Construction

• Harlow, Essex
• Conveniently located near major transportation hubs, including several train stations and the M11 for easy access from Cambridge and points north

Responsibilities:

• £18m project, including piling, moving earth and concrete foundations 
• Utilize your expertise in groundwork and underground ducting to oversee projects efficiently
• Read and interpret drawings with precision to guide project execution effectively
• Provide comprehensive daily and weekly reporting to ensure project progress is accurately tracked
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint to facilitate seamless communication and documentation

Requirements:

• Strong background in groundwork and underground ducting
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and foster positive relationships both on and off-site
• Flexibility to work weekends as needed (with compensation for permanent staff)
