Key Responsibilities:

1. Installation: Expertly install and commission commercial heating systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
2. Maintenance: Conduct thorough maintenance checks to optimise system efficiency and reliability.
3. Repairs: Diagnose and repair faults swiftly to minimise downtime and ensure client satisfaction.
4. Testing and Inspection: Perform comprehensive tests and inspections to ensure system performance and safety.
5. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergency call-outs and provide effective solutions to restore functionality.
6. Customer Service: Communicate professionally with clients, providing expert advice and maintaining positive relationships.
7. Documentation: Keep detailed records of work performed, ensuring compliance with all necessary paperwork.
8. Health and Safety: Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, prioritising the well-being of yourself and others.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Commercial Heating Engineer, with expertise in both installation and maintenance.
• Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating, Gas Safe registration, and City & Guilds certifications.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial heating systems, including boilers, radiators, controls, and pipework.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of successful repairs.
• Effective communication skills and a valid driver's license.

Working Conditions: This role offers a dynamic work environment with both indoor and outdoor responsibilities. Irregular hours may be required to accommodate emergency repairs, with personal protective equipment (PPE) provided as necessary.

Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday, with on-call rotations available.
