Job title: Production Operative
Rate: £14.09 per hour PAYE early shift (equivalent to £27100) plus 15% shift uplift for afternoon shift making it £16.20 per hour on the afternoon shift
Early shift hours: Monday to Thursday 6am to 2.30pm, Friday 6am to 12.30pm
OR Late shift hours: Monday to Thursday 2.30pm to 11pm, Friday 12.30pm to 7pm – 37 hours per week
Overtime paid at a premium: 1.3x in week, 1.5x Saturdays and 2x Sundays (based on basic rate)
Job type: Contract until December 2024
Due to growth, our market leading manufacturing company is looking for Production Operatives on either early or afternoon shift
The Production Operative will have the following skills and experience -
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Good manual skills and able to use hand tools or machine operating experience
- Able to follow instructions and take initiative
