KELTEK are currently looking to recruit a Production Controller to join a well established, industry leading engineering company based in North Sheffield with easy links to the M1. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded company that is known for producing a great working environment, offering progression and having a low turnover of staff. 

We are open to speaking with candidates that are both experienced in similar positions, and candidates that think they have transferable skills. But ideally, we are looking for a candidate from an engineering background. 

The Position

• Production/Logistics Controller
• Starting salary - £25,000 - £30,000 p/a
• Sheffield based - Easy access to M1
• Days only - 8.00am – 16.30pm (Mon to Thu) and 8.00am -14.30pm (Fri)
• Onsite parking
• Company Pension

Duties & Responsibilities

• Stock control
• Maintaining stock records
• Inbound stock management
• Purchasing or products and services 
• Generation of purchase orders
• Over-watch and upkeep of the system to ensure that all information is accurate
• The creation of certificate of conformity documentation for manufactured components
• The maintenance and creation of “Job Travellers” to support the production schedule including fault finding/auditing and adherence to company quality standards and procedures
