Legacy Strategies are looking for an experienced Project Manager to work with our specialist Civil Engineering client across London.

Reports To: Contracts Manager

Location: Site-based; sites across London and surrounding areas.

Key Accountabilities

• Ensure site operations adhere to our high standards of safety and efficiency.
• Maximise the commercial performance of contracts.
• Produce and coordinate procurement schedules to ensure resource availability.
• Manage continuous forecasting, communicate changes to the team, and maintain detailed cost control.
• Report risks and opportunities to senior management.
• Deliver projects to specified quality standards without defects, ensuring the production and implementation of project plans, risk assessments, inspection and test plans, and waste management plans, following company procedures.
• Maintain detailed site records and promote commercial awareness to drive cost-efficiency.

Job Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

• Experience managing Civil or Tunnelling projects in highly regulated UK environments.
• Proficiency in NEC3 Option A & C contracts, change management, and design management.
• Skilled in program and risk management, including cost control, forecasting, and value assessment.
• Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• SMSTS certification.
• Ability to challenge designs and resolve problems conclusively.
• Capable of managing and delivering successful projects with minimal guidance.
