We are currently recruiting for a UK leading company in the Reading area who are looking for a Site Engineering Manager. Our client is experiencing year on year growth due to the quality of the service they provide, which has allowed them to be able to increase the size of their engineering team. My client has 10 + sites in the UK, their site in Reading is one of their leading sites with state-of-the-art automated machinery, regular Mutli million-pound investment, tailored training programmes. Our client has gone through some structural changes and would like to bring in an experienced engineering manager with ability to lead a team of six engineers and focus on key aspects such as: planned maintenance, budgets, training, health and safety. Our client is looking to fill this role as soon as possible so please apply ASAP. 

Skills acquired to be an engineering manager:

• The successful engineering manager needs to be happy to lead a small engineering team,
• The successful engineering manager needs to be happy to perform a hands on role
• The succesful engineering manager will need to be from a Factory, Industral OR armed forces background (RAF, NAVY, Army)
• The successful engineering manager needs to hold a recogonised engineering qualification.
