£30,000 - £38,000/annum

CHR is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our clients growing team based in the Midlands. This role will require the applicant to travel to multiple projects across the UK. 1-2 years experience as a Site Engineer is required. This role will allow you to contribute to vital infrastructure projects, and work alongside industry experts. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills further, and make a meaningful impact.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience as a Site Engineer.
  • CSCS Card.
  • Full clean UK driving license.
  • Experience setting out grid lines.
  • Ability to work with Datums.
  • Willing to travel to different projects across the UK as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Set out grid lines and establish reference points using precision surveying techniques.
  • Work with datums and coordinate systems to ensure accurate positioning and alignment of structures.
  • Conduct surveys, collect data, and create detailed site reports for analysis and documentation.
  • Collaborate with project teams to interpret design drawings and specifications, ensuring adherence to project requirements.
  • Manage and supervise subcontractors, providing guidance and resolving technical issues on site.
  • Keep updated on industry best practices, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements relevant to site engineering.

As the applicant is required to travel to different projects across the UK, a company vehicle and fuel card will be provided.
