We are seeking a talented CAD Technician to join our growing team. You will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed 2D and 3D models using industry-leading software like AutoCAD and Inventor.
What you'll do:
- Develop and maintain electrical and mechanical drawings for diverse projects, including those for Government/MOD and maritime applications.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to understand project requirements and translate them into precise technical drawings.
- Ensure drawings meet all industry standards and client specifications.
- Revise existing drawings as needed.
- Maintain a meticulous eye for detail and accuracy.
What you'll have:
- Proven experience as a CAD Technician with proficiency in both electrical and mechanical design.
- Expertise in AutoCAD and Inventor software.
- Excellent understanding of drafting principles and conventions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bonus points for:
- Experience working on Government/MOD or maritime projects.
- Knowledge of additional CAD software.
