Zone 1 and 2, Central London
Between £40,000 - £42,000 + 22 days Hol + BH + Overtime

Your new role - Electrical Maintenance Engineer

  • Foot mobile role covering a portfolio of commercial offices across Central London.
  • Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of electrical and building services equipment.
  • General maintenance duties as and when required – emergency light testing, fire alarms, lamp changes.

What you'll need to succeed                                    

  • Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment.
  • Relevant qualifications required e.g. Level 3 Award, C&G 18th Edition or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
