You Profile
 
As the Site services coordinator you will have a proven track record of facilities or site services management. Ideally you will hold a Engineering qualification, applicants with suitable experience will be considered. It is essential that the successful candidate has an understanding of utilities, facilities and effluent plants, with proven experience in improving reliability and reducing waste

The Role
·Reporting into the Engineering manager , you would play a key role leading and developing the team to deliver against operational plans to budget whilst driving a culture of excellence, openness and continuous improvement in line with company values.
·Infrastructure and asset care
·Health and safety and environmental - Ensuring statutory requirements are met
·Ensure the delivery of the service requirements to support primary operations departments and ensure continuity of services. These services include compressed air, Water, Steam, Process Cold Water, Process Hot Water, Ventilation, Domestic Services, Drainage and Effluent discharges, sprinkler and fire safety from site.
·Managing outsourced services on site(
·Responsible for monitoring Legionalla Control on Site, Water Quality, Steam Supply / Quality and Effluent Discharge including performance data and KPI's and ensuring effective delivery of all contracted services to the agreed service levels.
·Understanding of lean manufacturing TPM and TPS
