The Role:
- Develop electrical schematics, layouts, and specifications for various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure regulatory compliance, implementing mitigation measures to guarantee occupant safety and adherence to standards.
- Oversee the commissioning process, ensuring proper installation, calibration, and testing of building services systems to meet design specifications and performance expectations.
- Develop maintenance plans, including routine inspections, preventive maintenance tasks, and emergency response procedures, to uphold long-term reliability, efficiency, and safety of building operations.
- Amtech Experience Preferable
- AutoCAD and Revit Experience
