The responsibilities of the Production / Assembly Technician are as follows:
- Assemble and test transducers using engineering and automation techniques
- Efficiently execute repetitive tasks with optimized processes and equipment
- Follow work instructions for accurate product assembly
- Assemble products using precision techniques and engineering expertise
- Test, troubleshoot and ensure quality with proprietary software
- Perform monthly production maintenance to ensure equipment reliability
The successful Production / Assembly Technician will have the following skills/experience:
- Experience of working within a mechanical / electro mechanical assembly environment
- Soldering experience is beneficial, although training can be provided
- Experience of following Work Instructions for assembly
- Experience of using automated test equipment is beneficial
- Keen attention to detail for precise workmanship
- Strong verbal communication skills
