Document Controller - Building - Construction – Nottingham

(Previous Viewpoint / 4 Projects software experience is essential)

Opportunity to join a reputable building main contractor with a longstanding history working on a range of public and private sector construction projects. 

Requirements: 

To be considered for this Document Controller role you must meet the following criteria:

- Previous employment as a Document Controller or Technical Administrator.
- Ideally Previous experience working in a Building or Civil Engineering Sector environment.
-Previous experience using Viewpoint / 4 projects is essential
- High level of communication skills.

 
Role:

- Manage the document control system. 
- Maintenance of accurate records including all drawings and other construction documents Issued through each stage of the project. 
- Ensure that every drawing or other design document is received by the relevant trades and consultants. 
 

 Company:

As a result of recently implementing a new EDMS, this employer is looking to strengthen their team further with the appointment of a Document Controller / Senior Document Controller to take the lead using this system.
