Are you a HVAC Service Technician with experience of heat pump systems/chillers and controls? Or maybe you’re a Controls Technician with experience in electrical and mechanical repair who has some BMS experience within the HVAC industry?

Our leading global HVAC client are seeking a HVAC/Controls Service Technician to join their team, who is looking to progress their career, learn and develop their skillset.

This Service Technician role will cover primarily the UK Southern region.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform electrical and mechanical repair/service across numerous control platforms
• Perform preventative maintenance and commissioning
• Complete the Engineers’ Job sheets
• Advise any potential new business in Service or Sales through the appropriate channel

Requirements:

• Experience of controls in Chillers, Heat Pumps and HVAC Equipment
• Siemens Controls knowledge
• AHU Controls understanding
• Good knowledge of Controls protocols like BACnet, Modbus and LON
• Experience of working with chillers and /or heat pumps - advantageous
• Ability to work confidently and efficiently with Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel & Access
• Strong communication skills both oral and written
• Flexibility and pragmatism in respect of the demands of the role and travel within the UK upon requirement
• Strong electrical/Technical knowledge & problem solving.
