Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems within the M25 area.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with sprinkler components to ensure proper functionality.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule and execute preventive maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and implement necessary updates.
- 2 years of experience in the maintenance of fire sprinkler systems.
- Proficient in inspections, testing, and repairs.
- Knowledge of relevant codes and standards (NFPA, local regulations, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
