Responsibilities:

• Set and maintain machinery to meet production targets on a semi-automated production line.
• Conduct basic root cause analysis and resolve issues using available WCM tools.
• Collaborate with the help chain team if faults persist after exhausting available resources.
• Uphold 5S standards throughout work areas.
• Flexibly rotate across processes and machinery as required.
• Perform autonomous maintenance activities for relevant processes and machinery.
• Engage in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives, contributing ideas and suggestions.
• Assist in the development of team members through training sign-off documentation.
• Fulfill other reasonable requests as needed.
• Obtain FLT training where applicable.

Requirements:

• Experience in a fast-paced production environment.
• Technical aptitude and a drive to expand knowledge and skillset.
• Proficiency in IT, including Google Suite and other software packages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
