job role: CNC Miller/Setter Operator.

Salary: £12.75 starting wage. Increase after passing probation £13.39.

Location: Coleshill, West Midlands

Hours: 8:00 to 16:30 Monday to Thursday, 8:00 to 12:30 on a Friday

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Holiday: 25 days + Bank Holidays

Overtime: Time 1/3, Saturday 1/2, Sunday x2



The Company:

Interaction have partnered with a precision engineering firm specialising in producing bespoke items in the Medical, Oil+Gas Motosport and Aerospace industries based in Colehill on their search for an experienced CNC Miller to join their growing Milling section.



The Benefits:

· £12.75 - £13.39 salary

· Overtime readily available at time 1/3, ½, x2

· Pension once passed probation 10% employee contribution.

· working 38.5 hours a week and get paid for 40 hours

· All PPE provided

· Full training will be provided.



The Role:

· You will operate multi axis Machines up to 9 Axis

· You will produce small, complex batches of components to quality standards and tight tolerances.

· You will ensure the smooth running of your machines

· You will need to Program set and operate the machine you are running





The Requirements:

· Previous experience working with CNC Machinery (essential)

· Willingness to learn and develop (essential)

· High attention to detail and able to work to tight tolerances

· Self-motivated

· Gun drilling experience (advantageous)
