Job Title: Water Hygiene Plumber.
Location: Wolverhampton, West Midlands.
Salary / Benefits £22k - £35k + Training + Benefits
We are working with an independent and long-standing Water Hygiene / Legionella company. They are now seeking to take on a qualified and hard-working Water Hygiene Plumber. The successful candidate will be carrying out various Water Hygiene / Plumbing duties including deadleg removals, rerouting and replacing PVC / copper pipework and installing, servicing and replacing of TMVs. Applicant must come from a strong water hygiene / legionella background and be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of legionella remedial works and associated guidelines. Experience & Qualifications:
" Will hold an industry recognised qualification e.g., City and Guilds / NVQ L2/L3 in Plumbing.
" Must have experience working for an established Water Hygiene / Legionella company.
" Excellent knowledge of HSG / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Ability to work in line with company needs.
" Will have excellent communication skills.
The Role:
" Carrying out deadleg removals.
" Undertaking fault-finding on site and ensuring any issues are rectified in a timely manner.
" Removal and rerouting of copper / PVC pipework.
" Ensuring plumbing work has been carried out correctly and signing off upon completion.
" Installing, replacing, and servicing of TMVs.
" CWST refurbishment and installations.
" Conducting expansion valve installation.
" Water sampling.
" Temperature monitoring.
" Ensuring work is carried out in line with HSG / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Filling out onsite logbooks accurately upon completion of work.
