Sheet Metal Worker - Widnes
Skilltech Resourcing are currently recruiting for an experienced Sheet metal worker or fabricator with light to medium plate experience.
Essential to this role are the following: -
- City and Guilds parts 1,2 & 3 (or equivalent NVQ).
- The ability to work under minimum supervision and manufacture directly from working drawings.
- Experience in fabricating thin gauge sheet metal products – machine guards, cabinets etc.
- MIG weld to an extremely high standard – Mild steel.
- Own hand tools essential.
- This position is working a day shift with a basic 38.5 hours per week, overtime available as required by the business.
Initially on a temporary basis, my client is looking to offer a permanent contract following a successful qualifying period.
£15.19p/hour PAYE plus overtime
