This is a great opportunity for engineers who are looking to develop their professional and technical skills across security engineering. Your remit will be to design and implement protective measures for missile design, critical in ensuring customers have an assured capability.

The Opportunity:
- Managing the task package utilising multi-disciplinary engineers spanning the engineering directorate, designing and delivering a comprehensive technical security solution
- Managing the trade-space to maximise effectiveness of through life protective measures
- Preparing and maintain a robust security case, working directly with UK customers
- Undertaking system design and technical leadership work, ensuring coherent designs are maintained
- Liaising with manufacturing and support teams to ensure confidentiality and integrity of the system is maintained
- Ensuring need to know principals are adhered to and maintained
Requirements:
- Knowledge of through life missile/weapon system design
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with multi-disciplinary engineers
- Ability to evaluate and resolve technical issues
- Strong engineering skills with a background in systems, electronic or software design
- DV cleared or willing and eligible to go through DV clearance
