About the Opportunity: We are seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant to play a pivotal role in delivering solutions to key accounts. This role presents an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise and contribute to the expansion of our regional team and service offerings.

About the Role:

• Collaborate with the Head of Operations to manage account relationships and execute resourcing strategies.
• Drive service delivery, increase sales volume, and maximize value while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Deliver timely and quality services, demonstrating commercial awareness to meet target margins.
• Maintain strong relationships in the market.
• Actively source and qualify candidates.

About You:

• Ideally, you possess 3 to 5 years of recruitment and account management experience, specifically within civil engineering infrastructure, including rail.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
• Proven ability to deliver results autonomously while fostering teamwork.
• Strong problem-solving, innovative, and analytical capabilities.
• Demonstrate alignment with company values and promote a culture of excellence.
• Uphold high standards of Health & Safety and Regulatory Compliance.
