Our client is a world leading manufacturer of Medical Diagnostic devices and software, used in both Primary Care and Secondary Care. Due to planned expansion, they are seeking to recruit 2 full time, motivated and professional Service Technicians.

Role:

This is a hybrid role where you will be required to do both office-based and field-based work (70/30) depending on the needs of the business. 

The In-House work, involves the repair and maintenance of the equipment, and the external work essentially includes carrying out the set up and installation of their devices in-house, then in turn you will be responsible for the delivery, set up and installation across the client’s UK wide install base. The role would average circa 30% travel annually and the appropriate vehicle will be provided for use from the head office base. There will also be some overnight stays and you will be required to work flexibly to suit the business needs.

Person:

The ideal person has a background in Electronics and experience in Fault Finding and is very IT competent and confident. Some programming experience would be extremely useful, however, the character, personality and eagerness to learn and pick things up quickly - is of the greatest importance. 

You should also have excellent attention to detail with good written and verbal communication skills, be punctual and enthusiastic and confident in using your own initiative.
