The company are specialist in repair, servicing and reverse engineering of industrial pumps and valves and supply into a number of industries and they're looking for a manual machinist to help keep up with the demand of work.
You will be based in their factory just on the outskirts of Spalding which you can expect a traditional subcontract engineering environment with plenty of machines to make use of and surrounded by other skilled machinists. You will be responsible for producing one offs and bespoke components which will be fitted to pumps, valves and gearboxes.
What's Required?
- Experience using both Manual Mills and Lathes
- Read and interpret engineering drawings
- Work to tight tolerances (+/- 2 thou)

A salary of up to £33,000 is just the start, you'll also receive 25 days annual leave and loads of overtime available at either 1.5 or 2 times your hourly rate.
