A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Manager to join a UK known manufacturing company in the Chard area!

With no day ever being the same the Production Manager role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Maximising downtime and increasing efficiency across the whole site
• Comply with and support the EHS polices and processes and making sure all EHS training is adhered to
• Overseeing the whole production process including drawing a production schedule
• Managing 4 Direct reports and 30 Indirect reports

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• LEAN qualification
• People/Man management skills
• Heavy manufacturing background - Aerospace/Automotive
• Knowledge of AS9100
