Solar O&M Project Manager - London - 55-65k

Alecto Recruitment are working with a leading green energy company committed to sustainability and innovation. They're seeking an O&M Project Manager to join their Renewables team due to constant expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure health & safety (H&S) compliance for solar projects.
• Manage a portfolio of solar projects, overseeing O&M activities according to contracts.
• Address issues from subcontractors to meet project targets.
• Manage fault tickets and client communication.
• Assist with O&M project reports, invoicing, and contracts.
• Liaise with grid operators and manage project certificates.
• Manage spare parts and project documentation.
• Expand contractor network and ensure projects comply with regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in the Solar or BESS industries
• Proven experience in team and project management as well as experience in a client-facing role
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
