ARM are working with a leading railway client and we are looking for a Lead Railway Integration Engineer to join the team and help lead the team in this area and be based in London.

About You:


· You will be a degree qualified engineer with extensive engineer within the railway industry.

· You will be a chartered engineer.

· Your experience will include multidisciplinary areas within rail, as we are not looking for a specialist in one area, but someone with a broader knowledge of the railway.

· You will have experience of using requirements systems such as DOORS.

· Your experience will include the management of other engineers from a team perspective.

· You will also be able to demonstrate experience of stakeholder management from internal to senior management to external suppliers / contractors.

· You will have experience of working withing an agile environment also with scrum and sprint planning.

What you will be doing:


This is a key position that will provide technical engineering leadership on functional integration on the railway. It will be looking at all areas of railway systems such as track, SCADA, signalling, civil engineering, structure and more. You will hold leadership responsibilities for other engineers and will be working with stakeholders on the work also. This will also involve senior leadership contract and reporting also.


This position will be based from the London office and working using the hybrid model. That is 2 days a week in the office and 3 working from home.

The salary range for this position is between £63,050 - £94,560 and will be dependent on experience and suitability for the position.
