Necessary experience:
- Currently this person will manage 4 people, management experience is important
- Engineering or manufacturing experience would be beneficial

Hours:
7.30-4.30 Mon-Thurs and
7-3 Friday
Salary: £40-£45k (Depending on experience)

The role of Product Support Team Lead is to manage the activities related to supporting the company’s products (aviation, helicopters and rail) once supplied to customers and achieving the KPIs set for the department. The role is varied and includes managing the team and the workload which covers three main areas of responsibilities:
- Service Contracts
- Installations
- Product Support (spares and repairs)
Key parts of the role:
- Managing a team of 3 onsite installers/engineers
- Managing all after sales processes – repairs, mods, installs etc
- Service contract generation and management
- This role also has a Product Support Administrator who works for the lead and reports to the lead
- Part of Leadership team, along with other department leads, monthly reporting required
- The company calls the role ‘Product Support Lead’ meaning after sales product support, this could be also known as ‘Service Supervisor/Lead’
