Business Unit Manager – MRO

Are you a successful Service Manager with an aspiration to grow your career into senior leadership positions? Perhaps you’ve got an engineering background and have successfully sold service agreements for diesel engine maintenance and repair for fleets, and now you want to have crack at running a business.

If the above sounds like you this Business Unit Manager position, with full P and L responsibility, for a small MRO and remanufacture business unit is your next step.

As a market leader in the supply of maintenance, repair and overhaul of large diesel engines, powertrain and transmission products, this business works very closely with a range of reputable OEM’s. This individual unit, working on behalf of a specific OEM, requires a General Manager who can support its growth through new profitable contract/service agreements and the delivery of services through efficient labour and engineering usage. Responsible for everything in the unit, including P and L, HSE and utilisation, and reporting to the Group MD, this role offers you the chance to provide your technical and commercial credentials to run a business.

If you have a solid background in service delivery, good knowledge of large diesel engines and fleet management and a commercial acumen to sell MRO services we’d like to hear from you.
