Electrical Team Leader
Location: Work in Staffordshire's workshop and client sites across the UK and Europe.
Salary: Up to £44,158 (Potential earnings up to £65,000pa)
Hours: Monday - Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm Monday - Thursday, 7.30am - 2pm on Friday (40 hours) with overtime available.

As a Electrical Team Leader within our clients Staffordshire-based workshop, you will play a pivotal role in reshaping the landscape of the gas sector while advancing your own professional journey. Be part of the company's extensive growth plans providing stability and a bright future.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Supervise, manage and motivate a team of technicians within the workshop, overseeing staff member performance, that included efficiency and standard of workmanship.
- Provide electrical installation experience and expertise to support electrical workshop quality and delivery schedules.
- Complete physical checks on BOM's before materials are released to the workshop floor.
- Complete Electrical Testing & CompEx inspections to a high standard.
- To lead, mentor and develop the electrical team and their skills.
- Support the Workshop Manager with updating plans, allocating work to the electricians and resource shortfalls.
- Providing leadership in problem resolution that affect quality and on time delivery
- Working with the Workshop Manager to deliver department targets.
Essential Skills;
- Time served Electrician in an ATEX environment
- CompEx EX01-04
- City & Guilds 18th edition
- City & Guilds 2391 Test and Inspection
- Full, Clean Driving license
- Previous supervisory experience
- Happy to travel from time to time to client sites across the UK.
Salary
The salary banding for this role is up to £44,158.40 and is based on an applicant's skills, training and competence. Actual earnings could be up to £65,000 per annum.
Opportunities to work overtime are available, as well as a 15% on-site uplift when you are staying away overnight.
