Hayley Group Limited are looking for an Onsite Stores Assistant to join our well-established and experienced team based on site at Partington as part of the team at our Manchester branch.  You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.

About the role:

As our Onsite Stores Assistant, you will help provide excellent service to our customers.  You will mainly be assisting with operations in our stores / warehouse.  The successful candidate will have experience of SAP or Maximo and previous operational experience of Forklift use, training and licence for which can be updated as required for the successful applicant. 

Working hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, including 1 in 4 Saturday mornings.

Responsibilities as our Onsite Stores Assistant will include:

• Picking and checking orders.
• Supporting Site Engineers with stores requirements.
• Stock control.
• Receiving goods and deliveries.
• Collections if required.
• Supporting the stores and buying team with requirements and updates.

Skills & Attributes we're looking for in our Onsite Stores Assistant:

• Clean UK manual full driving licence.
• Customer-focused, driven to provide consistently high levels of service. 
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Experienced in the use of SAP or Maximo.
• Experienced in the use of a Forklift.
• Good level of communication and numerical skills.
