Saddlers are recruiting for 2x Site Managers 
Location
Based in Northants, Cambridge and Peterborough areas 

The Role
Based on designated sites, you’ll lead supervisors, delivery teams and subcontractors ensuring resources are utilised to an optimum level to meet budgets and delivery programmes to the highest quality and safety standards.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring operational issues are flagged to Project Delivery Managers whilst encouraging your team to work proactively and innovatively to solve on-site issues and keep projects on track.


Salary/ type of employment
Negotiable depending on experience. Generous package on offer for the right candidate. 


Experience
Essential

• Experience on large civils and water projects 
• You’ll hold a certificate in Site Safety Management (or attended a 5-day course) and a managerial CSCS card to complement your extensive Water (Water Recycling would be advantageous), Mechanical and Electrical/ Construction industry experience. 
• In addition, you’ll have attended SEATS (Site Environmental Awareness Training Scheme).
• First, Aid at Work courses and be a certified Fire Marshall to ensure safety is at the heart of our team’s activities.
• With a track record of leading teams full of different personalities, you’ll combine your excellent site knowledge with commercial nous to minimise cost and maximise value during project construction phases.
• You’ll be comfortable using Microsoft Office packages to complete requirement administration and contribute to basic project/programme management skills.
