Tamworth Office- Travel to Birmingham & Tamworth required
£28,000 + Car + Holiday & Benefits
Your new company- Housing Officer
- An excellent facilities management, social housing, & technical services provider with a global presence.
- Working on a social housing contract based out of the office in Tamworth but also travel to sites in Birmingham on a full time, permanent basis.
Your new role- Housing Officer
- Working Monday – Friday in Tamworth on a 37.5-hour week on a full time, permanent basis. You will be required to travel to residents as and when in Birmingham and the rest of the time office based.
- Provide consultation and support to residents prior to, during and after works to their homes, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
What you'll need to succeed- Housing Officer
- Previous experience in a similar role within the construction / social housing sector
- Customer service focused experience is essential
- Full UK Driving License
- Commutable distance of Tamworth
