Your new company
A growing nationwide Facilities management company that deal with large-scale commercial projects on a PFI contract. In the coming year they will be looking to grow their Project Management team so you will have the opportunity to develop your career.

Your new role – Project Manager

• As a project manager you will be overseeing the effective and compliant completion of multiple Construction projects across multiple sites in London.
• Delivering lifecycle and reactive projects in line with the clients needs.
• Making sure suitable work plans and budgets are in place to meet the needs of stakeholders.
• Managing all aspects of project delivery, as well as liaising with clients and senior members of management.

What you'll need to succeed
 

• Previous experience as a project manager/construction manager in a facilities management company. 
• A good understanding of Lifecycle projects.
• SMSTS site management 5-day course desirable.
• Strong communication, with the ability to build relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
