Weekend Production Manager

This business delivers quality, time-sensitive products to a range of high profile clients, and are looking for a capable manufacturing management professional who would be confident working independently with the manufacturing managers taking responsibility for weekend production.

You'll be joining an experienced and talented manufacturing team, adding your knowledge, skills and enthusiasm to theirs, and sharing your manufacturing knowledge and scheduling skills.

You'd be working closely with the Operations and Manufacturing teams, forming a key link between the clients and the business’ extensive production capabilities and the technical specialists within the business over the weekend.

To be successful, we would like you to be:

• Experienced in Manufacturing, Automation or Engineering
• Comfortable working at Weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday morning).
• Background in manufacturing in either a supervisory, planning or management role.
• Some experience liaising with customers either via phone or email.
• Experience working hands on with manufacturing teams, working with fast-moving production schedules and processes in a 24/7 environment.ion
• We'd also like you to be organised, good under pressure and good at working with shop floor staff.

This role would suit a professional manufacturing manager with high energy and an enthusiasm for supervision, production management and scheduling. It would be a great opportunity for you if you were looking to move on from a Supervisory or Scheduling role.

Salary: £32,000 - £37,000

Hours: Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday morning
