A growing nationwide Facilities management company that deal with large-scale commercial projects. In the coming year they will be looking to grow their Project Management team so you will have the opportunity to develop your career. This Programme manager will be on their PFI side of the business.

Your new role – Programme Manager

• As a Programme manager you will be leading a team of project manager to deliver a range of lifecycle projects on a PFI contract.  
• Managing the budget and Programme reports.
• Ensure standards, regulation are followed, such as CDM
• Building key relationships with the client to make sure they need and expectations are being met.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience as a Senior PM or Programme manager, and the ability to lead a team of PMs.
• A very good working knowledge of CDM regulations and other aspects of health and safety.
• A in depth knowledge of PFI/ Lifecycle projects.
• Strong communication, with the ability to build relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
