Job Title: Residential Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)
Location: Blackfriars
Salary: £45,000 - £48,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Are you an Electrical Maintenance Engineer with experience in high-end residential properties? Our client is seeking a client-facing Residential Maintenance Engineer to join their team. This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £48,000 per annum, along with additional benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform electrical maintenance and repairs in high-end residential properties.
Act as a client-facing representative, ensuring client satisfaction.
Conduct regular inspections and identify maintenance needs.
Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements:
Electrical bias with relevant qualifications.
Previous experience in residential maintenance, ideally in high-end properties.
Strong client-facing skills with excellent communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
