Job Title: Resident Maintenance Engineer
Location: St Pauls
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
Working Hours: Days Only, Continental Shift Pattern (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
Are you a skilled Maintenance Engineer seeking a role with a work-life balance? Our client in St Pauls is looking for a Resident Maintenance Engineer to join their team. This role offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum and a continental shift pattern, allowing for half the month off.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive building maintenance.
Adhere to a continental shift pattern of 2 on, 3 off, 3 on, 4 off, 4 on, etc.
Ensure smooth operations and safety within the building.
Cover 2 weekends a month as part of the shift pattern.
Requirements:
Good building services experience.
Ability to pass a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
Strong technical skills in maintenance and repairs.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
