Your new role
- Covering a multiple of sites inside the M25.
- Service, maintenance, and repairs on installations such as ventilation systems - (AHU, Intake / extract), natural gas installations, heating and cooling systems (thermal wheels, FCU's, Air Conditioning systems etc.).
- You will also be required to understand building control systems and BMS'.
- Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm)
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
- Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment.
Relevant qualifications required as per below:
- C&G in Air Conditioning and refrigeration
- FGAS and ODS desirable
