Company:

A building services consultancy with a long trading history (70+ years) who work on specialists bespoke projects, for clients in data centre, industrial, banking, retail and commercial sectors.  

The Role:

• Set up drawings and make it ready for team to work on
• Review project files for compliance with Standards/protocols
• Assisting Engineers in drawing production, producing accurate 2D & 3D models in Revit and Autocad.
• Coordinating drawing production in line with project requirements and in conjunction with other discipline.
• Helping to technically deliver CAD/BIM projects in the role of CAD and BIM coordination
• Able to meet tight deadlines.
• Liaise, communicate effectively and coordinate with Architects/Structure/BIM team members

You:

• Good working knowledge of both Revit MEP and AutoCAD
• Experience working in a building services environment
• Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection and Public Health Engineering terminology
• Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
• Self-motivated and able to take responsibility
• High attention to detail
• Legally able to work in the UK

Salary & Package:

• £30,000 to £40,000
• 20 days holiday plus an extra 3 at Christmas
• 5 extra days holiday with 10 years service
• Pension 3% / 5%
• 37.5 hours per week - 09.00 - 17.30
