JOB TITLE:                           (BMS) Service Engineers & Building Management System (BMS) Commissioning Engineers

LOCATION:                         Northern Ireland

SALARY:                               £35,000-£45,000 depending on experience

With a strong foundation in repeat business, They specialise in new construction and ongoing maintenance contracts, integrating smart controls for lighting, heating, refrigeration, and other energy-consuming systems.
• To accommodate their expanding operations, we are seeking talented individuals to join our Service & Commissioning department.

As a BMS Engineer you will:

• As a Service Engineer, your responsibilities will include maintaining and servicing existing BMS systems, addressing faults, and identifying opportunities for system upgrades or enhancements.
• As a Commissioning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of new construction projects, overseeing the final commissioning, customer demonstrations, and project handover.

As a BMS Engineer you should have:

• A degree, HND, or ONC in engineering, preferably with an electrical bias or background in electrical maintenance.
• Ideally, 2+ years of experience with Trend or similar systems, though training will be provided.
• Proficiency in control panel design, manufacture, testing, and instrumentation, including the ability to integrate with third-party systems and modify BMS strategies.
• A valid clean driving license and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• We are seeking individuals who are sociable, positive, and possess strong communication and writing skills, with a knack for meeting deadlines.
