Air Conditioning Installation Engineer

Salary £45,000 plus market leading bonus scheme of £6k per annum

Kent/Surrey/ South London

Due to expansion, my client is now seeking to recruit a reliable, professional Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to join our growing client base in the Kent/Surrey and South London areas.

The ideal candidate will need to be knowledgeable, self-motivated with a can-do attitude and have excellent communications skills to help build long lasting relationships with our customers. The ability to think clearly when under pressure and work to tight deadlines when required is also an essential attribute.

Responsibilities:

• Undertake Statutory, Mandatory and Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks in a safe and efficient manner and ensure all relevant records and documentation is completed comprehensively.
• Carry out Installation on the sites HVAC systems so that the mission critical assets in a timely manner, aiming to always complete within contractual SLA timescales.

Undertake minor installation works e.g. refurbishment projects

• Manage a schedule of work and ensure all associated administration duties are completed and submitted in a timely manner
• Work with minimal supervision and have the ability to make decisions on the most appropriate repair solution.
• Ensure all H&S documentation (RAMS) are present prior to engaging the task

Work from drawings and specifications and other documentation without the need for direct supervision

• Record all tasks against the appropriate assets via the PDA and ensure all documentation relating to maintenance and response works is completed, recorded and distributed in a timely manner

Requirements:

• City and Guilds/NVQ Level 2 and 3 Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
• F-Gas
• Minimum 5 years' experience
• Air source heat pump experience would be ideal
• Full UK Driving Licence
