They are a leading provider of construction and O&M support to major offshore wind farm projects with exciting plans for growth.
 
What is the role?
 
As a Service Delivery Lead you will play a key role within the service delivery team ensuring timely delivery of all maintenance activities to the Client's needs and specifications whilst following Company's QHSE policies and standards.
 
 
What do the day-to-day duties look like?
 
Responsible for overall maintenance plan at a company and client level, performing regular base line prioritising outstanding works within the final updated and consolidated schedule.

Conducting Technical review of defects register, reviewing all relevant material with the technical team and group engineering where applicable to determine the most appropriate cost-effective solution.

Approval of work packs, RAMS, material, and equipment requirements for offshore execution works, including reviewing for offshore execution works, including reviewing pre-post campaign reports for issues and improvements.

Review and approve Vendor Quotations, ensuring technical requirements are met. Chair daily offshore coordination meetings, updating the team with relevant issues.

Management of overall manning plan for current and future works, including the rescheduling of works and logistics caused by mobilisation delays.

Managing both supply chain and client to mitigate cost impact due to downtime and where contract supports recharge to client.

Prepare and manage KPI requirements both internal and contractually, including cost, schedule and change control update, highlighting key issues and concerns.
