Drainage Engineer

I am now working with a client of mine who are now seeking a Drainage/Flood Risk Engineer to work from their office in Bedford.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Flood Risk Assessments, Surface Water Drainage Strategies, and Foul Water Drainage Strategies for residential and non-residential projects across the UK.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and council officers, attending meetings as required.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of UK Drainage/Flood Risk Regulations and Best Practices.
- Proficiency in Microdrainage/Flow, Microstation/AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
Experience:
- Proven experience in preparing drainage and flood risk strategies for planning applications.
- Skilled in reviewing Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Strategy documents.
- Excellent communication and client interaction abilities.
- Experience in managing drainage and flood risk project elements.
- Team management experience is a plus.
