Machine Operator

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Full-time, Mon - Thurs 6:45am - 5:00pm
Salary : £12.80 per hour+ overtime

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our client's prestigious team in Filey area. As a Sprayer/Blaster, you will report directly to the Team Leader and be responsible to meet production schedule ensuring best use of various machinery & equipment at your disposal to produce quality products.
Full training will be given for the successful candidate.

As a Sprayer/Blaster you will require to:
* Operate Blasting and Spraying machinery within the department.
* Program and operate robot within the spraying section of the department.
* Completing all necessary documentation to comply with ISO 9001 standards.
* Comply with all company, Health & Safety policies and procedures.
* Work in a timely and effective manner.
* Co-operate with and support line managers.

Requirements:
* Experience in a production environment
* The ability to be flexible for more than one task at a time
* Strong awareness of Health and Safety.
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine issues.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with colleagues at all levels.
* Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain accurate production records.
