You will be responsible for implementing a variety of different strategies across the department including managing the recruitment process, handling payroll, and overseeing the entire HR operation
This role would suit a HR Business Partner with experience in the manufacturing industry looking to take the lead at an exciting and ambitious company who strongly believe in progressing their employees.

• Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and reliability
• Knowledge of Employment Law
