Salary: £45,000 - £48,000
Hours – DAYS (8am – 5pm)

An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in Shoreditch has arisen. PRS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a HIU Engineer to support the installation, maintenance and effective operation of equipment across a large high end residential property in Shoreditch. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in Building Maintenance.
This position would be ideal for a HIU Engineer currently looking for a new position who is keen on progression. In return the company are offering a competitive salary in the region of £45,000 - £48,000 with a potential route into further career progression..

Duties:
- Working on low pressure/low temperature installations in client properties
- To service and repair HIU installations
- HIU- Heat Interface Units
- FCU - Fan Coil Units
- MVHR - Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery systems
- Commissioning of HIUs
- Carry out repairs pipework and work on associated fixtures and fitting
- Replace meters within the HIU
- Carry out minor electrical repairs within the confines of the HIU
- Attend callouts when required
- In-depth knowledge of HIU- Heat Interface Units, FCU - Fan Coil Units and MVHR - Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery systems
- Solid skills to be able to work in London’s premium residential buildings.
- Up to date Domestic Gas Safe qualifications / Current ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1).
