Mechanical Fitter

Our client is looking for 2 Mechanical Fitters to complete works at Newhurst Power Station (EFW) based in Loughborough.
This is a temporary contract to start approx. the 18th April 2024.
The ideal candidates must have Power Station experience and a CCSNG site safety passport.
You must also be competent to sit a permit acceptors course.
Job Role:
- Mobilise to site to remove 3 small bolted valves.
- Travel to Kirkby-in-Ashfield (NG17) to overhaul bolts (clean and repaint them).
- Mobilise back to site to re-install valves.
This contract is temporary for 3 days, although may lead to more opportunities.
Hourly pay rate is £30.00 per hour (minimum 8 hours pay per day)
Travel time to locations is £20.00 per hour.
To be considered for this role you should be self-employed.
