Technical Product Support - £25k - Wiltshire
Platform Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturer of electronic equipment. They are looking to take on a technical product support candidate to provide effective first-line technical product support on their expanding range of products and services.
Key skills & responsibilities:
+ Create support tickets
+ Experience with IT and networks
+ Trouble shooting why the devices aren't working
+ Strong communications and problem solving skills.
The salary is offering up to £25,000 depending on skills and experience, together with an attractive benefits package including early finish on a Friday and increasing holiday entitlement.
